Paula's Negroni

1 1/2 oz Earl Grey Infused Gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Paula's Texas Orange Liqueur

Mix ingredients, serve up or on the rocks, garnish with an orange twist.
