- 1 1/2 oz Paula's Texas Lemon Liqueur
- Squeeze of Fresh Lemon
- 2 oz Sparkling Mineral Water
- 1/4 oz Hibiscus Tea
- (To make tea, pour 1/2 cup boiling water over
- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers, steep until cool, strain.)
Build over ice in rocks glass. Stir and enjoy!
